Auckland Body Corporate is Body Corporate Division of Bayleys.

Reporting to Auckland Body Corporate General Manager, I am responsible for developing Digital Marketing campaigns, design and handling the various online and offline communication platforms, engaging with prospects on social networks, develop webpages and improving the user experience.

Manage Body Corporate division digital properties including the website www.aucklandbodycorporate.co.nz , blog, and coordinated social media presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Youtube

• Role objective is to position company's Body Corporate brand to complement and leverage renowned reputation in the real estate market through strategic messaging to developers, investors and potential buys.

• Develop B2B Mobility and B2C CRM measured Campaign & lead generating marketing and communication plan, including strategic planning, KPI goals, budget management, execution, and ROI tracking.

Achievements

Completing a Auckland Body Corporate site audit report by utilising and introducing analysis packages including; GA, SEOtest. Conducting additional client user testing (A/B , UID & UXD Testing).

The audit highlighted a number of key issues including; confusing navigation with poor signposting, inaccessibility, weak and outdated content and a dated, very partially mobile responsive design. Due to the extensive issues it was my recommendation that a new responsive website was the best long term and cost effective solution. I then took on the role of a hands-on Project Manager for the new site development, which included:

• Developing a user-first website specification and user stories which focused on improving the site structure (IA), user journey and content delivery under UI & UX design.

• Developing and managing the content strategy, including reviewing all existing (100 pages) content. Introducing automated content ownership to ensure content accuracy - a cultural shift.

• Delivering the project/website on time and on budget within a strict 3 month window.
