Reporting to the General Manager, my role as Communications and Marketing Manager is to provide leadership and strategic direction to 5 divisions " APM’s Body Corp Admin, Commercial, Property Management Division, Online retailers such as Holiday Accommodation & Real Estate Business". 
My responsibility includes creating & implementing digital and traditinal marketing strategies, planning and executing web, SEO and social media campaigns with a view to create and maintain the company’s presence and image in the lucrative real estate industry
Brand, PR and Communications 
• Create a robust internal and external Marcomms plan to build visibility and presence of the APM brand externally and build communication and transparency internally. 
• Liaise directly with the external Events Agency, Trade and Enterprise, Agents/Clients, Banks to Manage the coordination, execution and debrief of all major promotional activities and events. 
• Design and produce branding and collateral for promotional literatures. In addition I am responsible to ensure all brand guidelines and templates are easily accessible and communicated to the wider business 
• Manage the online, community radio, tv & newspaper advertising and conference program including Speaking engagements and webinars.
Promotional Information & Merchandise
 • Assist the BDM team in developing relevant promotional material, interacting directly with the external design team and as a go between. 
• All Electronic Communications to the industry have an agreed APM look and feel and are timely and accurate in execution, maintaining brand standards. 
• Articulate (or facilitating through 3rd party if required) - Fliers, advertisements, Newspaper advertorials and general product and event related materials. Manage our warehouse of promotional items . Handled all event budgeting, ensuring top quality while consistently coming in under budget. 
Digital Space & Reporting 
• Develop and manage web presence (Banner ads, PPC), including Facebook account and other social media business accounts such as Trademe, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and TripAdvisor. 
• Managed APM’s digital assets including the website www.aucklandproperty.net & www.waihekeescapes.co.nz and APM/Waiheke blog, videoblogs and coordinated social media presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels. 
• Worked on global, integrated digital marketing campaigns for 4 major divisions (Holiday, Body Corp,Commercial, Property Management) Created company’s integrated online marketing plan 
• Introduced scheduled targeted email marketing programs using CRM & SAAS resulting in increased open and conversion rates over previous sporadic email blasts (CRM Automation) 
• Developed a product demonstration campaign resulting in 3 identified opportunities within the first year. Launched www.investor platfom.net webpage in August 2017 (Sales). 
• Design PPC and implement all SEO and SEM campaigns to Improved brand awareness and page ranking 
• Tracked and analyzed social and web data to create digital marcom and optimize targeted social campaigns, as well as assign ROI-driven metrics to each campaign. 
• Provide a Monthly Marketing and Google Analytics, CRM dashboard report to the General Manager measuring and reporting the effectiveness of campaigns and using insights to plan future marketing activity.
Achievements
As part communication strategy, overhauled 750 webpages & APM branding that now includes nearly 13000 userviews (up 48% since April 2016); generated over 1100 customer leads resulting in over 13% increase in bottomline profitability. 
Contributing to the generation of more than $4M in pipeline contributions through digital & traditianal, marketing channels; achieved 43 percent increase in leads via online channels, along with a 29 percent increase in web traffic.
Developed and executed Blogs, SEO and SEM digital marketing strategy (organic,nonpaid results) for 4 APM business division websites and key product search terms as well as supportive means such as creating a WordPress Blog, Vlogs and Social Media Campaigns (FaceBook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.)
Introduced a Company community engagement webpage, Online and Offline Newspaper sponsored article to educate consumers on property investments, Created Social media funnel in order to capture data, consumer behaviour and segment insight. Improved company corporate communication (Newsletters
