Research International, Auckland -  While studying Masters, I had an opportunities to work part time (30hours) at one of the top research companies and learn about the consumer market while developing an interest in the Marketing. Gained hands-on experiences in developing questionnaires, data interpretation and analysis. I was working as a CATI (Computer-assisted telephonic interviewer) and a research analyst. SPSS and CRM based.
• Maintain the level of customer services using Survey Craft and designated CRM softwares and interview people in Australia and New Zealand.
• Provide a speedy, error-free programming services to the account on projects of basic complexity.
• Task execution as per objectives set (timing, deadlines). Client services team relationship
• Quantitative research process, conducting client specific research interviews and digital and Online advertisement Analysis such buy kiwi-made campaign, Toyota and various clients ad campaign analysis.
• Through quantitative and qualitative surveys- Identify specific moments of growth opportunity for clients brand, and help improve there performance against their consumer ideal and competitors.
• Provide detailed insights into category dynamics and consumer spending patterns, pinpointing opportunities to attract new consumers, build brand desire and market presence.
• Analyzed survey data on SPSS, UI dashboard, to ensure the survey programming were correctly implemented and anomalies within the data were investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
